Hi, welcome to my profile page. I'm Tan Yi-Tyng, a 21-year-old university student pursuing a Bachelor of Design in Creative Media at Taylor's University. I was born and raised on the beautiful Penang Island in Malaysia. I am currently in my first year of studies and have chosen to specialize in UIUX, which I find to be a fascinating and ever-evolving field. Through my coursework, I have developed skills in design thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving, among others. I enjoy exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of creativity, and I hope to use my passion for design to make a meaningful impact in the world. I am excited to see where my journey in design will take me, and I am eager to continue learning and growing as a designer.
Photography has been a passion of mine ever since I was young. I remember when my father bought me my first camera, and I would take pictures of everything around me. As I grew older, I developed a love for capturing the beauty of everyday life through my lens. I enjoy taking photos of people, landscapes, and anything that catches my eye. Photography has allowed me to express my creativity and share my perspective with others. I've also joined some photography communities and attended workshops to learn new techniques and meet like-minded individuals. Through my travels, I've captured some breathtaking moments and memories that I will treasure forever. Photography has not only been a hobby for me but also a way to document the world around me and preserve those memories for years to come.

I have always had a passion for traveling, and I am fortunate that my parents have given me the opportunity to explore the world. One of the most memorable trips I have taken was when I turned 18 and embarked on a month-long journey through Europe, visiting eight countries and discovering fifteen different cities. The trip allowed me to immerse myself in different cultures and to appreciate the beauty of new surroundings. Europe's friendly locals, stunning scenery, and diverse traditions were truly eye-opening. Through traveling, I have been able to broaden my horizons and gain a new perspective on life. Exploring new places and experiencing different cultures has become a part of who I am, and I am always eager to embark on new adventures.
My favorite countries I've visited so far:Watching movies has always been one of my favorite hobbies. I enjoy immersing myself in different genres and exploring new stories, characters, and settings. I find movies to be a great source of entertainment, relaxation, and inspiration. Whether I'm in the mood for a comedy, drama, romance, or action film, there is always a movie that can suit my mood. Watching movies also allows me to appreciate the art of storytelling and filmmaking, and to analyze and critique the different aspects of a movie such as the plot, cinematography, and performances. I often discuss movies with friends and family, exchanging recommendations and opinions. Overall, watching movies is a fun and enriching hobby that allows me to escape from reality and immerse myself in a world of imagination and creativity.

Music is a huge part of my life and I consider it one of my greatest hobbies. There's something truly special about the way a beautiful melody or a well-written song can lift my mood and transport me to another world. I enjoy exploring different genres of music, from classical to pop, rock to jazz, and everything in between. I find myself drawn to music with powerful lyrics that tell a story or evoke emotion. Discovering new artists and songs is always an exciting experience for me, and I love sharing my favorite music with friends and family. Listening to music is not just a hobby for me, it's a way to relax, connect with my emotions, and express myself creatively.
